You have 16-18 hours a day that you’re awake. Use that time correctly. Some people watch excessive tv, youtube, movies, or play excessive games, and therefore are unhappy and stressed. Eliminate time wasters and you will defeat stress.
If you can think about what you want in your mind, and make that your dominant thought, you WILL bring it into your life.
You will become like the people you associate with. Find happy and successful people to associate with if you want to be like them. Other people will try to drag you down like crabs in a bucket.
